PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are of paramount importance to us. This document explains how we handle the data you entrust to us.

To enable you to use our online services, we need to collect your personal data. This enables us to optimise our offer and to meet your needs. When processing personal data, we have based ourselves on Belgian and European legislation (in particular the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended by the law of 11 December 1998 transposing Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) governing data protection since the creation of our company. Since 2018 we have been relying on the GDPR, which stands for the General Data Protection Regulation (in English, GDPR General Data Protection Regulation and in Dutch AVG, Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming). This European regulation replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.

Personal data

The personal data that you voluntarily submit to us by registering via our website or by sending us an information request are processed exclusively for the purposes of the file and are not passed on to third parties (unless required by law).

We will only keep your data for as long as is necessary for our transactions or as required by law. We will not send you advertising or information unless you have specifically requested it, nor will we contact you by telephone or e-mail to follow up. If your name is on one of our mailing lists and you no longer wish to be included, simply let us know, or you can unsubscribe with a simple click at any time.
